2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of our services:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and authentication data when you create an account via Manus OAuth.
  • Payment information: When you purchase a membership or toolkit, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription/payment intent ID to manage your access.
  • Call request information: Name, phone number, email address, insurance scenario description, and preferred callback time submitted via the consultation call request form.
  • AI query data: Questions and messages you submit to the Ask MyClaimsBrain AI portal. These are processed by our AI sub-processor (see Section 7) and may be retained to improve service quality.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referring URL collected via our analytics provider (Umami Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless analytics platform).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • To process payments and manage your membership access.
  • To respond to consultation call requests and follow up with you directly.
  • To send transactional emails (license key delivery, call request confirmations) via Resend.
  • To send service-related notifications and product updates (you may opt out at any time).
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Processing — Stripe

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you complete a purchase, you are interacting directly with Stripe's secure checkout environment. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. We receive confirmation of payment status and a Stripe customer identifier; we do not receive or store your raw payment card data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and membership data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call request data is retained for up to 12 months. AI query logs may be retained for up to 90 days for quality assurance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery.
  • Manus / KeenAI Ventures LLC AI infrastructure — AI query processing (see Section 7).
  • Umami Analytics — cookieless, privacy-first website analytics.
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law.

7. AI Sub-Processor Disclosure

The "Ask MyClaimsBrain" (Brainy) AI portal transmits your queries to an AI language model operated by our AI infrastructure provider. Your queries are used solely to generate responses to your insurance questions and are not used to train third-party models or shared with advertisers. We recommend you do not include sensitive personal identifiers (Social Security numbers, full policy numbers) in your AI queries.

8. California Residents — CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know: You may request a list of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information. If this changes, you will have the right to opt out.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

We use session cookies for authentication purposes only. Our analytics provider (Umami) does not use cookies and does not track users across sites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
